Check your tickets! Even if you signed up for alerts through the airline, CHECK YOUR TICKETS.
Those alerts you sign up for on the website are to let you know on the day you fly if your flight is on time. I does not tell you if the schedule has been changed. If you booked your tickets through a travel agent, they will often monitor for flight changes and let you you know.
I always book direct and always double check the reservations for flight changes and seat changes.
