Plans Plans Plans
sometimes I think if you spend too much time researching too much information, you go into paralysis mode. I've researched and researched but haven't made a decision on excursions or a hotel in London. It the quest to make everything "perfect" I can't seem to make a decision at all! Need a hotel room in London that has an elevator and Air conditioning for under $250/night in a nice residential area with restaurants but close to a Tube station.

Pricing
Ok, maybe its just me, but the pricing on our cruise seems to be kinda crazy. I can now get 3 different balcony rooms cheaper than the category 7 Window room?

Tours
I am starting to add more content to the pages for each port. See the right side navigation bar for the specific port and let me know if you have a shared tour you would like added.

Price Drops
We always want to get the best deal on everything which is why we keep checking the price of our room even after we booked the cruise. There is hope the price will go down (a lot) and we can call to get a price adjustment or onboard credit. So far, the price of our room has only gone up.
I usually use www.cruisefish.net to check the price and today I noticed something interesting on balcony and window cabins There was some sort of blip on June 19. Prices were dramatically lowered but only for a moment on that day. Really makes me wish I had been checking the price at that moment. Here is a sample.

Airline Tickets
So we have done Europe before and loved it however my husband does NOT like flying over the pond on airplanes. Granted he's never done this in coach, only business class and still knows that sitting in one seat for more than a few hours is NOT easy for him, even if the seat is up front.
So.... transatlantic cruise is a great compromise, he only has to sit one way and I still get to see Europe. However, booking one way tickets costs even more than a round trip in some cases. Thankfully I enough frequent flyer miles to book our return flight home.
Here are some of my favorite airline travel websites.

Travel related products and information:
www.trackdot.com (I bought the first ones that didn't work so well - hoping the new version is better)
Packing Video (a little salesy, but the technique is great!)
Daypack - this is my purse for most of the trip other than a small clutch I take to dinner AND it deters pickpockets. This holds everything I need including my camera
RIck Steve's tour guides for my Ipad and Iphone (from iTunes)
